How it works. Blocks = ROUNDUP(MW ÷ 2.5)  ·  Effective MW = Blocks × 2.5  ·  MWh = Effective MW × Hours  ·  PCS $ = Blocks × $235K  ·  DC $ = MWh × 1000 × $120  ·  Adder $ = (PCS + DC) × Adder%  ·  Total = PCS + DC + Adder

Rounding. PCS comes in 2.5 MW blocks, so the build is sized up to the next block. MWh, DC budget, and totals all reflect the effective installed MW, not the raw input. The Blocks cell shows the rounded MW in parentheses when it differs from your input.

Worked example. Input 4 MW, 2 hr, 5% adder → 2 blocks (5 MW effective), 10 MWh, PCS $470K, DC $1.2M, Subtotal $1.67M, Adder $83.5K, Total $1,753,500.
